com and book with me there and I'll see you soon  All right. Now let's jump in  to these lessons in manifesting from Kat Williams now This is all coming from things that Kat said, , during his interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shea Shea  that really broke the internet  the first week of January,  2024.

So,  oh gosh, I'm going to start with one don't.  One thing that I noticed that he did do that, , I would suggest that you not do.  And then I'm gonna go into the things that are lessons that we really should embody. Let me not say shit.  That you really might want to consider embodying as you go forth on your personal development journey, your manifesting journey, your intuitive development journey,  and just sidebar.

For those of you who are in a space to hear this,  man, Kat was channeling a lot during that interview.  For those of you who could see it, you saw it.  For those of you who are, , very visual, I know you saw what was coming out from the top of his head. That man is just so beautifully connected.  And, ,  yeah, I'll leave it at that.

Let's get into the first thing that is a don't.  ,  and that is putting power external to you.  A lot of times during the interview, Kat separated himself from God.  And we all do it, right? We all say, oh God, you know, just,  you know, kind of flippantly.  But  he was really putting his power  external to him.  He was giving power to an entity,  and then making himself less than that entity.

And I want to encourage you to not do that.  , even though we might be really, really conditioned to do so. You know,  religious conditioning  is very hierarchical.  And religious conditioning is dependent on you believing that you are  subservient to a higher power.  When we allow ourselves to think a little differently,  We are then able to recognize like, oh, I am that power  and I am creating slash co creating, whatever makes you feel comfortable,  as that energy,  from that energy, with that energy.

Not, I am beholden to this other big, , immense power, and I'm just this lowly person who gets to  Either reap the benefits or face the consequence of that big power.  I hope you hear the distinction there  So my first point from cat is a don't and it's don't put your power external to you You are that.

You are God. You are that all that is. You are the I am. You are the universal intelligence. You are the whatever where. You are spirit,  just in human form, experiencing life in a certain way.  So I want to encourage you  to own your power,  spiritual power, when we're talking about you slash God, and also any other power that you yield in your life.

I want you to  own it.

That brings me to number two.  Number two is, on that same token, with a little bit of a religious context, it was  Cat's bravery, I'm saying it's bravery, but Cat let us know that he grew up with, , Jehovah's Witness parents, very strict, religious, ,  household,  and very, ,  spiritually rigid confines he needed to live within to remain in his family's home,  and he  Escaped feels like a dramatic word, but he escaped those confines, and I'm saying  that is a very brave thing to do.

It's very easy to continue the status quo, stick with what you know. Don't make waves, don't make ripples, don't ask questions, don't think differently, follow the leader. It's so easy to do that. It's hard to be a free thinker, to ask questions, to think for yourself, to make innovative decisions, to make new choices,  to change jobs,  to leave that partner,  to ask that person out.

All these things are just brave.  And when it comes to specifically this, ,  changing of religions, opening up spiritually,  there's a, . A level of bravery that I think surpasses the other little examples I just gave.  Because we have such, , it's just we're so intrinsically tied to religion.

People are like, what are you? I'm a Christian. I'm Jewish. I'm a this. You know, we identify so strongly with a religious or spiritual stronghold,  that changing or questioning or moving away from that can get you shunned. It can get you banished from your family. It can get you looked at like you're a weirdo.

It can have a potentially negative consequence in your life or impact in your life, right? So  the lesson from Cat is to be brave enough  to ask those questions. To keep growing spiritually  despite whatever religious conditioning  because you get to determine what your relationship with yourself as God is  or isn't.

And you get to determine if you even want to believe in anything at all. Maybe you're listening to this podcast accidentally and you're like, spirituality, what? That's nonsense. That's foolishness. You're allowed that,  no matter how you were conditioned as a child to believe whatever you were conditioned to believe as a child,  right?

You're able to find your own version of spirituality or lack thereof.  You're able to tweak and. Reconfigure what your beliefs are,  how you choose to live your life,  which aspects of how you are raised you continue, and which aspects you allow to just fall away.  Please know  that there are no rules, despite what you might have been told as a child, despite what you might hear at church if you still attend, there are no rules.

To how you choose to commune with whatever you believe to be the highest, the most high spirit, God's source, the all that is, the ultimate intelligence, infinity, source, the creator, yourself, your higher self, there are no rules.  And please know that everything that you have ever read, seen or heard, whatever, it's all one thread of possibilities in  an eternal array of possibilities of how you can think, feel, believe, behave.

I'll leave it at that.  Okay,  the next one I want to talk about from Cat is the importance of personal development.  He spoke about crafting new jokes and how he creates new, full new sets and other comedians weren't doing that and it really helped him with his range and his capacity and  ultimately his success.

I want to encourage you to   take  Cat's mindset of crafting new jokes and developing and growing in that way.  I want you to take that and apply it to your personal development.

I know I am. I am. 1, 000%.  Like it hit me home really hard in my heart and that's  the part that made this whole episode come to be for y'all. It's just that it's so important for us to continue developing  and you already know that. That's why you're listening to this, right? That's why you listen to the other podcasts that you do or read the spiritual and personal development books that you do.

It's why you find lessons in places, because you're already on that shit. And this is just a reminder, kind of an attagirl,  because you're doing it, but also a reminder to keep going.  Keep crafting those new jokes. Tell it to a new audience.  And how that, unless you're a comedian and that actually is relevant for you, how that comes relevant for you is,  read that other personal development book.

, find that practice that you're gonna make a habit.  Put it in your calendar and actually do it every day.  Allow yourself to fail  because maybe you try that joke out and it gets booed how that relates to you is maybe you Try a certain type of meditation every morning and you find that you really dislike it and you need to try something else or maybe Just swap in yoga instead or whatever.

The specifics aren't as important as the fact that you have the mindset of continuous development continuous improvement Kaizen principle Moving forward and ultimately wanting to grow. And please be aware that wanting to develop and wanting to grow and wanting to improve doesn't mean that you are bad, wrong, horrifically flawed, a mess,  you know, or anything negative.

It just means that you, currently, desire a bit more. And that doesn't mean that where you are currently has to be labeled as bad or wrong, or not enough, or not good.  Or not worthy or anything.  So just please keep that in mind as you go forward as well.  We can be loving and gentle towards ourselves as we  deepen our spiritual practices.

Continue our personal development. Move forward in the direction of what we believe is for us.  Move in the direction of our 2. 0.  Right?  Okay. The next  Oh, this is the second to last. Okay.  The next, , lesson from Kat, and this is very super manifesting related.  He said, I don't even look at things that I don't want because I know it will manifest.

He is basically saying, focus on what you want,  do not focus on what you don't want,  because it will come to pass. And this is something you already know. I know this isn't news to you.  I know. So if this is a reminder, right, this is a reminder that what you look at,  meaning what you put your energy towards, what you focus on, what you talk about, what you think about  is what will manifest.

I've said it before, who you be is what you see.  This is Kat Williams's version of it, right? Because who you are being, what you're focusing on is what's going to come to pass.  So don't go looking at shit you don't want. Because then here it'll come on your plate tomorrow.  I'm being dramatic, but you know what I mean.

So, this is your reminder to  focus on what you want.  Do you not know what you want? Then go back to one of those episodes where we did clarity around it and do that five column exercise and figure out what you want.  But let me just be real with you.  And if you're being real with you too,  you already know what you want.

You want  to be happy and fulfilled.  And you know, deep down, what will make you feel that way.  You might be scared to say it out loud. You might think you're too old for it, too young for it, too this for it, too that for it, not worthy enough of it. It's unrealistic for you,  et cetera, et cetera. But when you're really, really real,  you already know what you want.

So focus on that, even if right now it feels a little bit impractical or unrealistic.  Still do it  because you will manifest it  because if you're consistent in focusing on what you want,  if you're consistent with the mindset of what I look at, I'm going to manifest.  If you get into that space of conviction and knowing like, you know,  what I like to call of course energy,  it manifests.

It's not an if it's a when,  right?  Or a how. But you don't have to know the how,  so  cat said, I don't even look at the shit I don't want because I know it's going to come my way. I want you to be like cat in that way. I want you to really focus your mind, focus your attention, focus your thoughts.  And if that is difficult for you,  you can go back to some of the older episodes about belief and check those out.

And it has so many.  Tactics and practices for you to use to reshape and shift and  alter and improve the beliefs, your thought life, your belief life.  You can come see me for some hypno.  You can come see me for some one on one,  spiritual or intuitive development.  You can do tapping.  There's a lot of work you can do  to help you shift to a place where  you're consistently focusing on what you want.

And it doesn't have to be 100 percent of the time. Please know.  It doesn't have to be all or nothing, I only think about what I want, that's it. Uh oh, I accidentally watched the news and saw something happening in the Ukraine and now I thought something bad, so now that's gonna happen to me. No, that's not how it works, please.

Don't think it's all or nothing.  It is your dominant energy that you manifest from.  So keep your dominant energy on what you want.  Right? Because if you go back to the  basics of Law of Attraction, that whole like attracts like, the most basic, , framework of it,  is that energy.  You're gonna attract that energy.

So focus on what you want. That's the, the lesson from Cat.  And the final  is  speaking truth without fear.  Cat said, truth is the light,  and child, I had to just pause the podcast there and sit.  Because truth is the light.  And we know it's true by the way it feels. And that is a big part of why this,  , podcast episode with Cat Williams is getting so much play.

A lot of people, no matter what you think about, , Cat Williams or how petty some of the stuff he was talking about is, no matter how you feel about him or if you think he's funny or not, etc.  That entire podcast  Was not just about calling out comedians and blah, blah, blah.  It was  outside of the channeling that he was doing about an energy of truth that we are shifting into.

I'm not gonna get political but we are already seeing it with what's happening in Palestine and Israel.  There's truth coming out there that has been suppressed in the West for so long.  There are so many people just popping up on social media, telling new truths.  This episode with Kat Williams is one of those  evidences that we are now shifting deeper into this age of truth and light.

And I want you to shift into your era of truth and light.  And what I mean by that is speaking truth without fear.  That doesn't mean going to somebody you think is ugly and be like, yo, you ugly. Well, gotta be truthful, right? That's not what this means.  I mean  being honest with yourself first,

and thereby being honest with others.  This will set you free in many ways,  but I have to let you know, it might not feel good in the very beginning.  You might look at your marriage and be like, holy cow, I have been on autopilot. I actually do not love this marriage, this man. I can't live with him anymore.

I'm going to have to be honest and end this relationship and it's going to explode my life. But I know on the other side of it,  I'm going to feel  wonderful because it is my truth that I need to leave this marriage.  That's a big hard thing.  But it's also a big hard truth that on the other side of you're free.

Speaking truth without fear, let me not even say it's without fear.  It's speaking truth  without fear of the repercussion,  because you might have a little fear about doing it. And that is absolutely normal.  But I think a lot of us need to recognize that it's time to be honest with ourselves about so much.

Our brains are really, really good. At making us right and we've spoken about this before on the podcast and if you're in my group or have Worked with me in any type of way you I'm ready to know this stuff But our brains love to make us right even when we are wrong. We've got that confirmation bias We've got this ego who was really trying to protect us So, oh, it's just doing its best to protect us from anything bad that makes us feel wrong or scared or you know called out or whatever  and because of that  we may not be the most honest with ourselves.

We're certainly not honest with others.  But before we can be honest with others in a way that feels right and true for ourselves, we have to be honest with ourselves.  So I want you  to look at the different areas of your life.  Home life, family, relationships, career, finances, health and wellness, , contribution and giving, friendships, whatever, all the things.

Write down all the areas of your life that are important to you.  And I want you to see where you're at,  where you want to be.  And I want you to be very honest with yourself about what needs to stay or go in each area.  I need you to be very honest. And this is like a journaling exercise. So write this down.

Write down what needs to stay or go. Write down what you need to do or not do.  Write down the conversations you need to have or not have.  Write down what you know will bring you closer to your bliss. Write down what you know will bring you closer to your Dharma.  And look at that final list  and see what truths you need to speak to yourself, to others,  to your parents, to your kids, who knows?

But Kat Williams sat down and for two and almost three hours  spoke truth to power.  Without fear. And I want you to be in a place where you could do the exact same thing.  A place of pure honesty and openness and legit vulnerability.  And you don't have to do it on some famous dudes podcast. You just have to do it in your room, at your desk, in your bed, wherever you journal.

And once you do that with yourself.  Once you start making the tweaks that get you to a place more of honesty,

you will naturally do it with others more and more.  You will naturally maintain your alignment to truth.  That is the light  more often, more naturally.  I'm going to leave it there because I feel like you heard me.   That episode of the Shannon Sharpe podcast, Club Shea Shea, with Kat Williams on it,  was epic for a lot of reasons.  He spoke. about so much and gave so many nuggets and lessons in business, in marketing, in confidence, in equity, vulnerability, and humility,  freaking acceptance, growth, grace.

And since we're here on the Manifested Sis podcast, manifesting and personal development.  I would love it if you guys listened. I have, this is not sponsored in any way. I have absolutely no ties to that podcast, but I do believe that if you listen with a certain ear  to that podcast, you will find many lessons.

And what I put in this podcast is just a little tiny bit because I didn't want to go over half an hour for this. This is just a little snippet because I took notes as I was listening.  I listened with two ears. One ear was just coming for some tea because I'm just petty like that. And the other ear was listening for lessons because I know that everything that goes viral has two layers to it.

There's the,  the point, the face value kind of lesson.  And then the underlying.  Lessons that will help you grow the spiritual lesson, the life lesson, the little golden nugget that's going to move you forward in whatever area you're looking to move forward in at the moment.  So if right now your focus is business, I bet you when you listen to that podcast, you're going to hear something for your business.

I bet you when you listen to this episode, you heard something that's going to move you forward in your business. If you're focused on relationships, I know something you heard. Today and something you'll hear on that episodes podcast  will move you forward in that it's just how it goes So I would love for you to listen with two ears  Or just the ear that you need to hear with Today and I know you know what I'm saying, so I'm not gonna qualify and explain.

I Love you.  I hope you had a fantastic holiday season.  I wish you a very happy new year  And I'd love to see you on January 13th at the energy work session. It is live. It is only 77, which is ridiculous. You're welcome. Happy Christmas to you. That is my gift.  And check the show notes for a link to sign up for that.

If you want a one on one, just go to dannyfaust. com and I will see you soon.  Talk to you later, friends. Bye.
