Hi guys. It's me, coach Danny. I'm a hypnotherapist. I am a life coach and I'm also an intuitive and a spiritual coach. I help people tap into their intuition so they can feel more connected, aligned, and manifest faster and easier. So, I . I was waiting for a client who I think now is a no show, no call, and it was for a reading.
And I got antsy and I said, lemme just pull some cards for the collective. And at first my thought was, lemme just pull for the manifested Facebook group, which you should join if you're not. And then as I was shuffling, I realized I'm pulling for a broader collective. So, , I'm gonna put this on Manifest Assist, the podcast.
I'm putting this on YouTube. , I'll find a way to share this on Instagram. I don't know. But the point is, these cards are for you. And now I'm hearing that I'm gonna be pulling additional cards. So I've got these four and I just wanna say these four feel good and they feel immediate. It feels like within the month of.
it feels like within the month of April there's gonna be a financial come up for a lot of people in this collective. Um, and, uh, a big opening and more rumblings of that awakening that you've already been feeling. So, okay, here's what we've got. I'm gonna start with, there's two that came. They came stuck together.
So, , door to Spirit came up. and anxiety came reversed and they came stuck together, and then rest in rejuvenation came upright and man holding a coin came upright. Those two were stuck together as well. And , , it felt complete , and that's why I started recording. Um, but then I realized as I was just talking two seconds ago, I realized this is incomplete and we're gonna get some, um, supporting energies for you for this month ahead.
, okay, but so start with my favorite part of this anxiety being reduced, , coming connected with door to spirit upright basically means. , let me back up. For those of you who don't know, when a card comes reversed, meaning upside down, it basically means the opposite of what is said on the card. It feels like the, the opening versus the closing, you know, so anxiety being reduced, being connected to the door to spirit.
Opening is literally saying you'll feel better as. Connect to your intuition, connect to spirit, whatever it's that you believe in. Pray more, uh, whatever, go to church more, whatever your spirit thing is, the more you do that, the lower your anxiety will feel, so you'll feel better in accordance to how much you are aligning with what you believe to be the highest.
For those of you who are on the spiritual track of the your, your Awakening, you are deepening your intuition. In now is the time to lean in hard. If you need support, call me. This is literally what I do for a living, but it's time to lean in and you're gonna just watch this kind of fade away and it's fading away in the way.
It's not gonna be like, okay, I'm going to meditate five times this week and I'm gonna feel my anxiety lower by 14.2%. It's not like that. It's gonna be kind of like you start to just be that person. meditates more, looks for the signs, communicates however you communicate with whatever you believe in, continues to seek that alignment as priority number one.
And then it's gonna be kinda like you turn around and be like, oh shit, I haven't had a panic attack. Or like, oh wow, I haven't been stressed out about money, or whatever the thing is that you're normally feeling anxious and tight in your chest about, you're just gonna notice that, oh, my chest is not. . It is like this natural flowing from how you're being who you're being, versus like a formula.
I will meditate 10 times and I will get $5,000. You know what I mean? You're not doing to get, so those two, that's what really comes through heavy for those, and I want you to look at each of them to see if anything additional comes through for you from the. door to spirit is really, really pushing hard on the back of my neck.
It feels like, , like almost , like a big brother. Forcing, forcing is such a hard word, but I'm gonna use this imagery. A big brother forcing the little brother to get in the room and do something, you know what I mean? Like outta here or go clean up or whatever. The thing is, just like bullying. , it almost feels like a bullying energy.
Like you best get back in connection kind of energy. So for those of you who know, you've fallen off, I hate this, this, that rhetoric because you haven't fallen off. , you're still connected. You're just out of alignment. You're slightly misaligned because you're not doing what you know that you like to do.
You know you're not doing what you know makes you feel the best, highest, most whatever version of yourself. You know, when you say you fell off, maybe you're not hitting the yoga mat. Maybe you're not meditating, maybe you're not journaling, whatever the things are that, you know, make you feel good and connected and remind you like, oh yeah, I, I'm God.
That's right. Those things, you're just not. , this, this card is, is a reminder to get to it, get back in alignment, and it's like bullying to get back. It's like, you know you're gonna like it, go do it. It's like an exercise. You know you're gonna feel better after you work out, but you're like, oh, it don't feel like it in there.
Okay. These two coming. Connected. I laughed out loud cuz this is like me right now. My goal is to see how little work I can do and still make the most money. . Some may call that lazy. I call that efficient. So , um, this being upright almost feels wrong. Because it feels like a lot of the, like as I'm pulling in this energy from the collective, it feels like a lot of us are not taking the time for this.
So I don't know why this isn't reversed at the moment, but if you know that's you, please slide into your rest and rejuvenation phase and remember that rest and rejuvenation are two different things. Rest is rest. Don't do things. Rejuvenation is, do things that empower you, that do things that energize you.
You know, invigorating. So rest and rejuvenate. This guy's in the zone here, and this came connected with man holding a coin. So it feels like this is connected to the rejuvenation. because it feels like a very doing kind of energy. So this, okay, for many of you, this could literally mean no, let me not say could.
For many of you, this is literally meaning job offers, opportunities, raises coming from either, um, an actual man or someone who's heavy into their masculine. that that's literally what this means for many of you. For others, it means you are shifting into your doing energy or what you perceive to be your masculine energy in order to up the coinage.
So I connect this with the rejuvenation because of the act, the action aspect of it. But I want you to. that you could take a page from my lazy book and know that you don't have to push and do and and go, go, go, go, go in order to get that cash flow. I think I spoke about it on the podcast, how last year I just stopped doing everything and was making the same money, and I was like, what the hell,
How'd this happen? ? And I want you to know that I'm not saying stop doing everything that you're doing. Please don't go quit your job and say, Danny told me. , I want you to know that you can be easy, you can rest and earn. So there's that. But the rejuvenation and the man holding the coin are really connected.
, please, if you are not taking time for self-care, lean into this rest rejuvenation card and both of 'em are towards alignment. Everything here is towards alignment. Alignment is. feeling good, which is your priority, and you feeling connected to source, which is your priority. You remembering that what makes you feel good is usually what's right for you, and like staying solid in that being as close being as aligned to what you believe is the highest as possible. That's what I feel as alignment. So if you think your highest good is by doing X, do X. So these two come together, , for that. And now, I don't know. Let's see. Let's see what deck I need to pull from for you. Okay, so someone has a very specific question. Think of your question. I'm only pulling one here. I think I have to go to the whispers of healing for y'all. , I'm supposed to tell you about awareness. Uh, awareness is coming up, has come up in a bunch of readings I've done recently.
I pulled a card for my, , Facebook group, and I ended up sharing it on my broader Facebook page. It was for awareness. , you can check it on, I think it's on Instagram too. But if you go to Facebook and go to the manifest, it's this group. Or if you go to my page on Facebook, which is, I don't know what my page is, Danielle Foust.
Just go to Danielle Foust on Facebook and you'll see, , that message around awareness. But they just wanted to tell you about awareness. So I have now back on track. Ask your question, ask it, ask your question in as specific. A form that you can, that can be answered with kind of a yes or no. Ask it in that way.
Don't make it too tiny and precise. Am I going to get a new job tomorrow? That'd be a $7,000.50 an hour. Don't do that. Specific but not crazy. You're ready? Okay. The answer to your question. Is improving health. So maybe we got our priorities on an askew. Maybe if you do what's right for your health, it's gonna lead to the answer that you want for that question.
Maybe improving health is what you need to do before that thing can come. So if you're like, am I gonna get pregnant? This. , maybe you gotta lose weight. Maybe you gotta start eating healthy. Maybe you gotta stop smoking. People still smoke. Mm-hmm. . Yeah, they do vaping. Right? That's new now. Whatever. , okay.
Now here's the que, here's the, um, additional card that feels like it has to come through. There it is on the floor.
Mm. . This is a warning card. This is a, let me not say warning cuz that that has such a negative connotation, right? It's not a warning like, Ooh, fire and broom Stone comes to you if you do this. Let me just get a supporting energy on it before I tell you anything. Ooh, that jumped out. Okay, perfect. All right guys, so we've got some mental work we have to do.
We got some inner work. Listen, it's all a mental. Okay, so the first card that I pulled that I got a supporting card for this is the one that jumped out and fell onto the floor. It's ruminate, ruminating. If you don't know, is, you know, you're thinking over and over and every which way about a situation.
Thinking over, what should I said this, oh man, next time you said something, I'm gonna do this. Or, oh, should I really, should I, should I change this job? Thinking, thinking, thinking, thinking, but not in the most positive of ways. . Our thought life is everything. You guys. Our thought life is everything. And the way we are wired just makes us have certain loops.
I can help you change your loops and rewire. I'm literally a hypnotherapist. Call me anyway. Rumination. usually leads to us going down the spiral, away from alignment, down the spiral, away from those positive, happy, feel good, whatever you're going for. Feelings, rumination, keeps us kind of stuck, and it's a habit that stems from something good.
we're thinking through these things. We're starting to ruminate because we want to have a solution. We want to fix the problem, we want to, whatever. But it's like we get, uh, we go overboard with our thinking and we start ruminating, and it's just like we're looking at a situation from every single angle over and over and over, and it's not serving us.
There's a place where thinking turns to overthinking, turns to rumination, and it just stops serving us from being a healthy thought exercise to. Like wallowing or worry or anxiety, which we know is going down, so we gotta cut this shit out to make this happen. So the supporting energy around that was modify.
This means catch yourself in the act of the rumination and flip that switch. I had to really do this hard. . I, I mean, I've, I've shared everywhere, on socials or in my blog everywhere that I suffered deeply from crippling depression and anxiety and just felt like I was in this dark hole. No one could see me.
I was just like, covered. I'm just like in this dark hole, and you have to like really claw your way. and there's various ways to call your way out, but you, you have to, and then you're on the other side and you're like, goddamn, damn, I'm happy. Life is happy. What the fuck? How did that even happen back there?
But there's a lot of mental work that you have to do, and I'm saying have to do, everyone has to do to shift from how we're thinking to the way that we want to think. So this modify card is, it feels very strong. It feels very supportive. It feels like a, like a, , like solid concrete foundation for you to stand on.
That's letting you know I'm here for you because I know you can stop this to get to all the shit that over here. The , the four cards I showed you before, the door to spirit, the lower of anxiety, the rest of rejuvenation, that man holding the coin. And may I remind you how big that effing coin is? Look at that coin.
That's not little money. That's big money. So let's work on this. This is a call to. , let's do what we have to do to rewire how we're thinking. We can catch ourselves in the act. Literally catch ourselves in the act. When you start thinking and your thoughts are making you not feel great when you're ruminating about something and you start to feel tight in your chest or queasy in your stomach, or if you're thinking about something, it makes you wanna cry, or if you're thinking through things and you're just, anything other than a positive thought, anything?
No, let's go. Anything other than. . If you're feeling anything other than neutral or better, then you're likely ruminating and you need to quickly nip it in the bud. And it can be as simple as, take a deep breath and change my thought. It can be stand up, drink some water, go to another room, read a book, look at something, call a friend.
Like anything to kind of pattern. I used to like clap my hands. We're not doing that anymore. No, no, no. that kind of, that kind of energy, , to make myself snap out, snap out of it, you know, that was supposed to be Cher , but via RuPaul's Drag Race, so that was really a bad. Anyway, um, , anything to kind of pat pattern interrupt to get me out of that rumination?
So if this is you, please note it's super duper normal rumination. Everyone does it. Everyone does it in varying degrees. So this is coming through heavy because the people who are watching this right now need to modify that and it can be modified. Just modify your approach to how you're thinking. I say just as it, it's so simple and easy.
The thing is, it's simple, but it's not. . It's truly simple, but you might need support. I'm here for you. It's truly simple. The the, it's a simple switch, but there's so much that makes us who we are and how we think, and how we feel, and how we respond to things, and what we ruminate on versus what we don't because we're all unique, messed up.
Perfect. Meet tax , and because of that we might meet support and it might take effort and it might take intention. So I'm gonna leave you with that because I know that you already know. I didn't tell you anything here that you didn't already know on some level. But I wanna remind you of all the things I said here.
This is the card that is the most. , quick shift out of the rumination, out of the anxiety, door to spirit, whatever that means for you. For some of you, it means, oh, I gotta get back to church. For some of the, some of you, it means I gotta call my pastor. Some of you, it means I've gotta meditate. I've gotta go back to my, my coven.
If you're like into Wicca or something, I don't know. Whatever it means to. When I see door to spirit, it means I need to get with my guides and listen more than I'm talking or doing. When I see door to spirit, it reminds me that I need to get out in nature more than I have been. When I see door to spirit, it means I need to shut up and get.
and go deeper into meditation. Instead of doing my little quickie meditations and my little quickie hypnosis, I need to really go deeper. That's what it's calling for me. Whatever it's calling for you is exactly what you need. The first instant you had about, this is exactly the right one. The first thought of what you assumed door to spirit meant for.
It is the right thing, and please notice it's opening wide open and all that magic is flowing in and out. That doorway is literally you. Okay, I'm gonna stop here. I love you. I hope this resonates for you. If it doesn't, you're crazy. Just kidding, , if it doesn't, take a deep breath. Change your mood, change your energy state, and come back and listen again with fresh ears.
